HYL offers 24 hours availability by appointment. HOWEVER, 203 N. Lasalle Building's lobby hours ARE NOT accessible to the public 24 hours, even as HYL operate on a 24 hour schedule.
Whether the building's lobby is open or closed, for access to our office YOU WILL NEED to call or text your FULL NAME and your location in the building for access to our office. Our HYL representative will meet you. So follow the instructions below based on your Walk-in times.

203 N. LaSalle Building's Lobby:
For access to HYL office you may enter into the building lobby area directly from the CTA Trains station (servicing Blue, Pink, Brown, Orange, Purple and Green line trains.). Red line is two blocks away.
Once you have entered the lobby,

Stand near the 'McDonald' area

Call or text your FULL NAME and the word 'McD'.
Our HYL representative will meet you in the lobby to escort you to our office.
203 N. LaSalle Building's Lobby:
Once you have arrived, exit the train station, walk west past the McDonald's and turn right on the corner of LaSalle St.
Proceed toward the door (see pic). While standing outside the store (or before):

Call or text your FULL NAME and '203 DOOR'.
An HYL representative will meet you at the door to escort you in.
